FAQ

Straight Answers, Before You Ask.

No guaranteed rankings, no invented pricing, no fake track record — just honest answers to what people actually ask before starting a project.

What does Coreventra actually do?

Coreventra designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores, custom web applications, and practical AI and automation systems — real digital work scoped around how a specific business actually operates, not a one-size-fits-all template.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on real scope — pages, features, and what you actually need — so we don't publish a flat number or a price list. Every project gets a scoped, itemized proposal with a price you can see the reasoning behind.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on scope the same way cost does. After a real conversation about what you need, you'll get a proposal with a realistic timeline attached — not a guess before we've actually looked at the work.

I don't have a website at all — is that a problem?

No — it's often the clearest starting point. With nothing existing yet, there's nothing old to work around, and we can build the right thing from scratch instead of patching an outdated site.

Do you only work with businesses in Windsor-Essex, Ontario?

Coreventra is based in Windsor-Essex, but the work isn't limited to one city or region — we take on projects across Canada.

Do you only build for certain industries?

No. The same core capability — websites, e-commerce, custom software, AI and automation — applies to any business, in any industry. We won't claim prior experience in an industry we haven't actually worked in, but that doesn't limit what we can build for you.

What happens after the site launches — is that it?

No. Every engagement includes hosting, updates, and technical support so the work keeps working after launch, not a one-time handoff. Ongoing care plans and services like SEO are available once you've actually seen the initial work — never sold to you before you have a reason to want them.

What if I need something changed or added partway through a project?

Anything outside the agreed scope gets its own written change order — a real price and description before the work starts, not a surprise on the final invoice.

Is the AI and automation work real, or just a buzzword?

It's real. Coreventra's own phone line runs on the same kind of AI voice technology offered as a service, and automation work is scoped around an actual repetitive process in your business — not AI added for its own sake.

Can you build an online store?

Yes — e-commerce is a core service, including product catalogs, cart and checkout, and mobile-first store design. All Seasons Caribbean is a real, live example of this work.

Do you do SEO?

Yes — technical and on-page SEO work aimed at making a business genuinely easier to find. Nobody can honestly guarantee a specific ranking, and we won't pretend otherwise.

How do I get started?

Reach out through the contact page with a short description of what you're trying to do. The first step is a real conversation about your business and your current site, if you have one — not a sales pitch.

Can you improve or redesign an existing website instead of starting from scratch?

Yes — a lot of real work is exactly this: fixing what's actually holding a site back rather than rebuilding everything. After a real look at the current site, you'll get an honest recommendation on whether targeted improvements or a fuller rebuild actually makes more sense for what you need.

Do I own the website and code once it's built?

Yes — what's built for you is yours. The specifics (domain, hosting, source files) are laid out plainly in your project's contract before work starts, not left ambiguous after the fact.

Is my project and business information kept confidential?

Yes. What you share about your business is used to do the work, not shared elsewhere. If you need a formal NDA before discussing project details, that's a real, reasonable request — just ask.

How does payment work — do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. Payment structure (deposit, milestones, completion) is set out in your project's real contract before work begins, scoped to that specific project — not a single fixed policy applied the same way to every job.

How do I choose a web design agency?

Look for a few concrete things: real past work you can actually see (not just claims), pricing you can see the reasoning behind rather than a number with no explanation, and a clear answer to what happens after launch — hosting, updates, and support shouldn't be a surprise question. A real conversation about your specific business, not a generic pitch, is a good early signal too.

Should I hire a web design agency or a freelancer?

Both are real options with real trade-offs. A freelancer is often lower-cost and can work well for a simpler, well-defined project — but availability and long-term support depend on one person. An agency usually costs more but brings more consistent process and support if your needs grow (e-commerce, custom features, ongoing maintenance). Neither is automatically right — it depends on your project's real scope and how much you need it to keep working after launch.

What questions should I ask before hiring a web developer?

A few worth asking directly: Can I see real examples of work you've actually built? What's included in the price, and what counts as a change order? Who owns the code and domain once it's done? What happens if something breaks after launch? A developer or agency that answers these plainly, without dodging, is a good sign.
