When you submit our contact form, we collect exactly what that form asks for: your company name, your website (if provided), your name, your email address, your phone number (if provided), and whatever you tell us about what you're looking to do.

If you become a client, we additionally collect information necessary to deliver contracted services (project details, communications, and information relevant to invoicing and payment) — governed by the Master Services Agreement for that engagement, not this website.

We also collect standard technical information when you visit the website (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) as part of normal web server operation and security monitoring.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your contact form submission and follow up about your business;
• prepare proposals, agreements, and invoices if you become a client;
• provide and support contracted services;
• maintain the security and operation of this website;
• comply with legal obligations.

If we follow up with you about our services, every such communication includes a real, working way to opt out. Coreventra maintains an internal do-not-contact list — once you opt out or ask not to be contacted again, that request is recorded and checked before any future outreach, and further communication to you is blocked going forward. You can also reach us directly at the email below to make that request. Opting out of marketing outreach does not stop transactional communications reasonably necessary to an active engagement (for example, an invoice for services already agreed to).

We use third-party service providers to operate our business and this website, including providers for hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), database storage (Neon), voice and SMS communications (Twilio, ElevenLabs), AI-assisted communications (Anthropic), payment processing (Stripe), and transactional email (Resend). These providers process personal information on our behalf as reasonably necessary to provide their respective services, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

The service providers listed above are based in, or process information in, the United States. This means personal information we collect may be stored or processed outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access by that jurisdiction's authorities. By using this website or becoming a client, you consent to this transfer. We select service providers that maintain reasonable safeguards for the information they process on our behalf.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for an active or prospective client relationship, or as required by law.

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
