Website Terms of Use

Effective 2026-08-01

This document is an operational starting point and is not legal advice. It has not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Coreventra ("Coreventra," "we," "us," or "our") website, including its pages, forms, and any related online services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website. If you are using the website on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (18 in Ontario) to use this website or submit information through it, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the website's operation;
  • introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • probe, scan, or test the website's security without authorization;
  • impersonate Coreventra or another person or organization;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically collect website content or personal information without authorization;
  • use automated systems to abuse forms, services, or other website functionality;
  • reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Coreventra materials except as expressly permitted.

4. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes. We try to keep it accurate and current, but do not guarantee every statement, description, price, or estimate is complete or error-free. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

5. Coreventra Services

Descriptions of services on this website are general and do not, by themselves, create an agreement to provide services. A specific engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Change Order accepted by both parties — those documents, not this website, govern the actual client relationship, and control to the extent of any inconsistency with this website.

Prices, packages, and availability shown on the website may change without notice and do not constitute a binding commitment until Coreventra expressly accepts an engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

This website and its content — branding, text, graphics, code, and design — are owned by Coreventra or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may access and use the website for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without prior written authorization. Nothing here transfers ownership of Coreventra intellectual property to you.

7. Information You Submit

If you submit information through a form on this website (for example, the contact form), you retain ownership of what you submit. You grant Coreventra a license to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, operate the website, and comply with legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to submit that information and that doing so doesn't violate applicable law or another person's rights. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information specifically.

8. Third-Party Services

This website or its underlying infrastructure may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, payment processing, or communications providers). Those services may be subject to their own terms, and Coreventra is not responsible for their availability or performance except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Coreventra does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that using it will produce any particular business result. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreventra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Coreventra's aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid directly to Coreventra for website access during the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100 — except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Coreventra, its owners, and personnel harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or information you submit that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law. This does not apply to claims arising from Coreventra's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

Coreventra is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure (for example, hosting, payment, or communications providers), natural disasters, labour disputes, or changes in law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Subject to any mandatory legal rights available to you, disputes will be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Windsor, Ontario.

15. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coreventra regarding use of this website, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the website specifically. They do not affect any separate Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Change Order governing a paid engagement.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Coreventra's written consent. Coreventra may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No Waiver. Coreventra's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
